By accessing or using ShivMart ("the website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Use of the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information for every order.

Product listings & pricing

We make every effort to display product details, images, and prices accurately. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel an order affected by such an error, with a full refund.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is completed (for online payment) or once placed (for Cash on Delivery). Online payments are processed through Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or error, with a full refund where payment was already collected.

Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and on the product page. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are possible; we'll keep you updated via your order tracking page.

Limitation of liability

ShivMart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delay in delivery beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the order value paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
