Payment processing

All online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. When you pay online, your payment details are entered directly into Cashfree's secure payment page — ShivMart never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share order details only with delivery partners (to fulfil shipping) and Cashfree Payments (to process payments) as strictly necessary to complete your order.

Data security

Your account and order data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with access-controlled security rules. Only authorized administrators can access order and customer information, and only to the extent needed to fulfil and support your order.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account by contacting us at supportshivmart@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep your cart and login session working. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
