Delivery timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days across India, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Estimated delivery is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation (or payment, for online orders). You'll receive a tracking number and link once your order ships — visible in Account → Orders or via the Track Order page.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may offer free shipping above a minimum order value from time to time.

Serviceable areas

We currently ship across India to all pincodes served by our courier partners. If your pincode isn't serviceable, this will be flagged at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier network issues, weather, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods (festive sales). We'll notify you of significant delays via your order tracking status.
